Chips don’t buff out.

Shield Teck paint protection film, fitted in Kyalami. German-engineered. Ten-year warranty. Self-healing. You will never see it.

Gauteng eats paint.

Gravel off the back of a bakkie on the N1. Highveld hail that arrives in ten minutes and leaves in five. Potholes, construction sand, altitude UV that fades a bonnet while the doors stay perfect.

A ceramic coating will not stop a stone. Nothing you can polish on will. Film is the only thing that stands between a chip and your clear coat.

Shield Teck. Ten years of armour.

German-engineered film with a ten-year warranty. The top coat heals its own light scratches in the Highveld sun. It blocks ninety-nine percent of UV. It does not yellow.

One film, fitted properly. Every panel is cut by machine from the pattern for your exact model, then wrapped around the edges so there is nothing for a jet wash to lift.

What the film actually does.

Heals itself. Light scratches and swirl marks close up in the sun.

Sheds water. Rain, dust and bugs slide off instead of sitting on the paint.

Blocks 99% of UV. The Highveld sun fades unprotected paint. It cannot reach yours.

Never yellows. Ten years on, the film is still clear. That is the warranty.

Cut by machine. Patterns for your exact model. No blades near your paint.

Gloss, matte or colour. Keep the finish you have, or change it completely.

One film. Not four.

Plenty of shops stock whatever the supplier is pushing that month. We picked one film and learned it properly: how far it stretches, where it wants to lift, how it behaves on a cold Highveld morning.

That is why our edges stay down. Not because the box is fancier, but because we have fitted this film hundreds of times and we know exactly what it will do on your bonnet.

Starting prices for a standard fitment. Every job includes a strip wash, a clay bar and edges wrapped where the panel allows. Odd shapes, deep repairs and paint correction are quoted separately. You see the number before we touch the car.

Ceramic coatings. Chemistry, not armour. A coating makes paint slick so dirt and water let go, and the gloss holds for years. It will not stop a stone. Every frontal PPF fitment comes with a four-year coating on the rest of the car, free.

More than film.

Detailing. Machine polishing, interiors, engine bays, headlight restoration. Paint gets corrected before any film or coating goes on, because you only seal what is underneath once.

The fitting.

Eight steps, no shortcuts

01

SNOW FOAM, NO CONTACT

A decontamination snow foam lifts the loose grit off before anything touches the paint.

02

CONTACT WASH

The second decontamination pass, by hand, taking off whatever the foam left behind.

03

CLAY BAR

Bonded contamination comes off the paint. Run your hand over it afterwards and it is glass.

04

PH-NEUTRAL SNOW FOAM

Another non-contact foam, pH neutral this time, to clear the clay residue.

05

PAINT CORRECTION

Heavy, medium, fine or ultra-fine polish steps, only as far as the paint needs. Film locks in whatever is underneath.

06

SEALANT POLISH

A sealant polish goes on to finish the correction.

07

FINAL WASH

A pH-neutral snow foam contact wash to strip every last trace of polish residue.

08

SHIELD TECK APPLICATION

The film goes on. Seven steps of preparation for one step of fitting, which is rather the point.
